So once the new review and new scores are posted, there should not be any reason that the old score would come back, right?

I forgot, how do you tell when someone on the board is a moderator again?
TER moderates the boards; no more volunteer moderators. On NEWBIE, swimtrekr is kind of a semi-official host who answers many Qs. (SWIM! Correct my mistakes here, will ya?) But I don't think swim can remove, delay or approve post.
And where do you find all these rules?
Go to any Board homepage, e.g., with the "Back to Forum" button at the bottom of what you're reading. At the top of the Board homepage is a "peppermint" life preserver. Underneath that are links to the Self-Help Center and Message Board Policies. Look thru those for all sorts of helpful advice.
Towards the top of most pages, click on the large blue "Reviews" tab:
[My TER] [Reviews] [Mail] ...
From the Reviews page, look for the link to "Submit a Review" under the large tabs and there are the guidelines.

it was under the guidelines for submission, but no longer there...you guys are not crazy, i could not find it anywhere myself
I got a message from TER telling me I couldn't review a provider unless it's been 3 months since my last review of her.
You find out about it when you try to submit a new review for the same provider within 90 days, and they tell you that you can't, or when it happens to someone else and they post about it.
From TER's written Self-Help section 'What are the guidelines for submitting a review'.
"Each review must recount a visit that took place within the last three months in order to be timely. A lot can change with a provider - even in this relatively short amount of time."

I'm pretty sure most people know that reviews have to be written WITHIN 90 days of a session, and most people know that IS a written rule.
The question here was about writing a new review of the same girl. In that case a MINIMUM of 90 days has to pass before you can write a new review. This is an unwritten rule, and I don't recall it ever being a written rule. I challenge anyone to find it. I can easily find several posts that discuss it, some from guys who tried to submit a new review within that time frame, but no official word from TER.
Do you have any clue what you're talking about? No, I didn't think so.
As to one of the earlier questions about how to tell if a posted is a moderator. Any post from anyone with an "official capacity" with TER will show up in red. All of the current mods are listed as various forms of "admin" a few of them are "TERAdmin" "DiscussionboardAdmin" and so on. Swim is the only host, there were a few others back several years ago, but the "host" program was phased out rather quickly.
On this board while Swim's name does come up in red he no longer has any mod powers and he can only bring issues to the attention of admin, just like any other poster. His title is more figurative than anything at this point, but prior to the change in management several years ago Swim was the actual mod of this board having replaced me when I couldn't stand "being nice" ALL THE TIME. lol
