there are a number of taboo topics that could get you moderated, and a banned/de-listed provider is fairly low on the list. Remember nearly all of the mods are hobbyists who volunteer their time, and are not provided a lists of which providers are no longer on TER and why. Unless the providers fall from grace was notorious, most of us wouldn't know.
I have searched a aprvgency that has a touring Asian lady visiting near me but the phone number comes up blank on TER search... Is there a way to find out if they have been banned from TER?
Mention a de-listed or banned provider on a discussion board and you'll be put on moderated status within hours of your innocent faux pas.
I didn't even mention the providers name; I merely seconded another hobbyist's recommendation of the particular provider and I found myself moderated by GND for nearly three weeks until I finally solicited help from another moderator.

Ok, here's a follow up question on the same subject. If a provider/agency was de-listed for dubious reasons (no of their own choice) why wouldn't the board want to keep a list to let others know that they are not good providers? I ask this because I tried to post a message about an agency (who will remain nameless) and found the posts not put through. When I inquired about why I was told the agency was delisted. While I will assume it was for bad reasons...and stay away...It would be nice if there was a way to find out, such as in a 'bad provider/agency' message board where a post could be put up for others to answer. Info(both good and bad) is our best weapon in keeping out of trouble in this hobby, why not make it available?
I hope I don't get in trouble for saying this, but just because a provider/agency is de-listed from TER does NOT mean that they are not good providers. In many cases it simply means they did something TER chooses not to tolerate and don't want them here anymore. So I think it would be rather crude to post a list, cause most would do just like you said and treat it like a 'BlackList' of ladies to avoid, and that would just be plain wrong... Just my .02 cents and opinion.
In many cases, giving reasons for de-listing could get into privacy issues. Like Whiskey Tango said, a delisting by TER doesn't necessarily mean a provider is bad. Even the presence of her name on a de-list could crimp a provider's business, and possibly open TER up for legal issues. It's sort of like giving a negative job reference for someone. But that's just me. jhb
