I doubt she is advertising she likes to snowboard, and the coke thing on BP ads is usually referred to as "party girl."

More-so a term used by pimps referring to the white girls they have... hence why it is seen usually in BP ads(which were probably not posted by the lady in the ad).

it has nothing to do with illegal substances

It is referring to a sexy white girl in a snow suit on the ski slopes. The girl that all the men are watching getting on and off the ski lift, the one they are waiting at the end of the slope to meet where they can hope to have a drink with her in the ski lodge.
