I have seen a few girls so far but I always check here before I do to make sure they're legit. I'm just confused about all the acronyms people use in their reviews. Either I haven't looked hard enough or it just doesn't exist, a list defining all these. Like CIM, BBBJ, BBJ, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use google or your favorite search engine to look up these and other acronyms.  You may find the definitions from the Urban Dictionary to be useful.  Examples:
