I understand the GFE designation/description, but not sure what PSE means.
I see lots of abreviations and I seem to remember a place on TER that explains what they mean, but if it's still there I can't find it.

   When you first go to "FAQ for Newbies" you'll see a lif preserver icon in the upper right hand corner. Underneath that you'll see "self-help center" Click on that and the page that opens will have many topics, two of which are abbreviations. Click on the abbreviations and you'll see what you're looking for. Good luck.
