If it is a pretty glaring mistake as you say, and you feel like it should be edited, contact admin. You can use the "contact us" button on the bottom of the page. Let them know what you want to change and why. If they agree, they will 'turn on' the edit button, and give you a window of time to edit it, then repost it.

I have done this fairly recently with one of my reviews so I know it works.

After many versions and screenings and stops and stalls I finally got my second review through the powers that be.  But, in the meantime, the lady I was reviewing changed her name.  I caught it, for the most part, though I have found one glaring mistake in my posted review.  Can I fix this?  Does it matter?  I only have two reviews and I just don't want to look like a D-bag!  Thanks and have a nice day.  

When we do a soft identity change, our user id is changed so all our previous posts and reviews will have the name changed automatically.  Now if in the text of posts or reviews, the gent can sometimes mention our old name and then a year later when the user id/name gets changed you will still see the old name in the text.   If it's not a safety issue, I don't expect them to get a dba searching for every occurence of our old name to change it and I doubt that TER would do that anyways.....

But if you need a hard identity change, where your personna is completely wiped out and you restart all over again as day one with no reviews or posts is usually reserved for those being stalked, threatened, et cetera....
