If you are not VIP, I encourage you to get VIP membership so that you can read reviews and do better research, and also be able to use the PM system. You can sign up for monthly VIP, and then cancel after a month if you are not going to do this regularly in the USA.
Hawaii may not be the best place to get your intro to hobbying in the USA, simply because of the small selection, and your special needs. If you had posted this 2 years ago, I would have had 3 high recommendations for you. All three ladies would have given you an amazing time, would not have a problem with your blindness, and did outcalls. At this time unfortunately I have no recommendations. 
Hawaii is a hit and miss place when it comes to the hobby. Occasionally there are some really great ladies here, and sometimes it is very slim pickings. Your blindness and need for outcall, as well as short 24 hour window make the selections even tougher. There are many great AMPs here, which definitely helps out when there aren't any good escorts available, but AMPs are probably out of the question for you.
The thing is this could change at any time. I could say there is nobody I would see right now, but the following week we could suddenly have an amazing provider available (or 2 or 3). Since your trip is in October, things could be totally different then compared to today. The best thing is to contact me by PM then keep in touch when the time gets closer.
New ladies pop up for several reasons. (college gals working for tuition money, single moms needing income, retired providers returning, etc.) and many "mainland" based ladies tour here,so it is hard to say who will be available in October.
