You are also stating that "it's a tangled web of positive and negative emotions on her part." I'd be so bold and say, these are your projections onto her. Actually, YOU are the one with the tangled web of positive and negative emotions. I'd also be so bold as to say that for her, you are a nice CLIENT for whom she has some positive feelings. But my dear puzzled, this is a FUCKING business, to put it very crudely. From all angles and with all emphases. She is not your tax accountant, not your psychotherapist, not your lawyer, not your physician. She is providing sex for money. Granted, it doesn't have to [and definitely shouldn't!] be a wham-bam-thankyou-maam experience when you meet. It can contain romance, humor, depth and fascination. But you need to understand that it is for the moment only. I'd say that an encounter between a hobbyist and a provider is like a great scene in a film. You get carried away in the moment, you experience the action with all your senses, but....when the credits roll and the lights go on inside the theatre, you all need to get back to normal, throw away the candy wrappers, and stow away the memories until the next feature.

but not much.

1)  You will only know your lady friend, her "real life", and professional persona, the parts she is willing to reveal.  Never assume that you really know who she is, or how she ticks!!!

2)  True love with an SP may be rare, but true friendship is possible!!!  You are likely to share with her details of what is going on in your life.  The kind, caring SP, and there are many of these will accept and respect your feelings, and will listen, sympothise and give advice.

3) A great provider does care about her clients.  I saw one of my favorites this evening, and I was clearly off my game.  She asked me several times if I was okay, and made me promise to take care of myself, a promise I intend to keep.

I see a variety of providers all of whom are very cordial and enjoyable to spend time with. Some talk freely about their personal life (less actual names and addresses) and are very open about the things they do.

Others prefer to keep personal information to a minimum (ie - the less you know the less you have to confess).

I still enjoy seeing each and I also respect their decisions ... but what they reveal is still only a small part of who they are.

I have a very close personal friend who is a pastor of a church. I knew him long before he became a pastor and we hung-out alot. He is different when he puts on his "pastor suit" as compared to when we play golf or other things.

He has a different manner about him like his is on duty. It is not that he is being hypocritical, he just doing his job in a professional manner.

I think it is wise to believe that providers put and "air" when they are on duty as well and until you see them when they are "off duty" you won't know what they are really like.
