I am a new provider and i was wondering where do guys leave reviews about you? I have looked every where and found nothing.

First of all, if there are reviews of you on TER, you can find them by going to the review section, and then clicking on "search reveiws".

Enter the name that a client would use for you (I assume it isn't jenn12.), in the space for provider's name, and then your city or state as the case may be, and hit enter.

If there are profiles of providers with that name, they will all come up.  You then have to open each profile and see if it is you.  You can also enter your website, phone number, and email address into the appropriate spots to narrow down the list to you.

If you find none, then you don't have any revews on here.

If you do find your profile, you will only get to see the initial part of the review, but not the juicy details or the scores.  In order to see these, you have to write to TER administration and ask to have your profile linked to your user name, which will grant you a limited VIP status where you can read your own reviews, and have private mail (PM) privleges.

I also suggest you take time to read the Self Help Manual that you will find linked on this page.  It is a compendium of information on how TER works, and the hobby in general.

Welcome to TER and I hope you find this site helpful.

I'm the host of the newbie board.  Feel free to ask me any questions you may have.  The first thing I would suggest you do is to read the self help center.  The link is under the life preserver at the upper right of this page.  It will save you a lot of time.  Just about everything you need to know about this site is in there at your fingertips.

closest I found was for TER ID 193955. If this is you, contact TER admin. to get your reviews linked.

Good luck.

Hi Swim,

I don't see a life preserver at the top right of my page. Am I looking in the right place? I see Account Manager, Log Out, a British flag, then below that the TER messenger button, below that today's date, "Welcome SoftlySarah", and "Basic member", then a button to become a VIP member.

Can you post a link?

Thanks so much from another newbie.
xoxo Sarah

OK, nevermind. I think I found it on the main discussion page- it just doesn't show up when I am reading threads. I have seen the life preserver a few times- are they all the same? Or is there a different one for different boards?

On the classic TER, it's the 'acronyms and newbies manual'.  At the top center of the page.
