What would you like to see in a website?

Hello, I am in the process of building a new website, i would like to hear your opinions... What would you like to see or what do you think is unnecessary? thanks

Hey Dolcegfe!

I definitely look forward in seeing your new site, but here are some thoughts:

1.  No audio.  It's distracting and attention grabbing which is bad for hobbyists.

2.  Clear photos & have them open up to a good size.  Imho, camera phone photos should never be used: poor quality images, and when you click on them (expecting the photo to be larger) it's still as tiny as they were before!

3.  Clear contact information.

4.  Clear rate information.  You'd think this is the simplest thing in the world, but I've been on some provider sites where your more confused on rates than you were before!

5.  Availability.

Hope that helps!

I agree with each of these items.

Regarding photos, make sure they are not only a reasonable size, but also that they are a good representation of what you actually look like.  If you want to cut out or blur your face for privacy reasons, that is understandable.  But your photos should give a potential client a chance to see what you really look like - legs, hips, waist, chest, arms.  They don't have to be professional quality (in fact too much photoshopping can be a turn-off) and they don't have to be graphic or overly explicit (also can be a turn-off if they are tasteless.)

If there is something about you that is especially unique or attractive, then maybe a bit of verbiage to emphasize this would help distinguish you from other providers out there.  Are you a good writer?  Show it off a bit.  Are you widely read including some non-mainstream authors?  List of few of you favorites.  Especially talented artist?  Show us some samples.  Travel to interesting places?  Maybe we can swap stories.  You get the idea.

We want to know:

Who you are.
What you look like.
What it will cost us to spend time with you.
Where you are and when you are available.
How to contact you.

Your reviews will let us know whether we might be compatible in more sensual ways.

Good luck!

I would like to emphasize how good this advice is.  I feel that so many ladies try to appeal to everyone, and make their site too generic.  Regardless of your personal strengths/weaknesses, someone will find you appealing.  Those that misrepresent hurt themselves in the long run, IMHO.

Hi,
Thanks for asking:

Guys should not look up your site when they are not alone but music or voice could betray them peeking!  No music.  No voice.

Good quality clear photos.  Face blurred is ok.  Need not be professional as with digital many amatuer can get good photos.  Don't need a zillion of then.  OK if they are your best angles but if you change size, update them.  Photos should show full body with little or no clothing but I prefer not to be explicit. I want to be seduced, not applying to be your Gyn.

How to contact.  I prefer preliminaries by e-mail or on line.  Most ladies want phone contact to book.

Yes, rates.

Yes, availability

An approximate area where you are located so I can know when or if I'd be able to get to you.

...personality some more! Those are the things I enjoy when I view other providers' websites.

Good luck!

Xoxo, Giamarie

All important info that will completely give me an overall view of you.  Your likes and dislikes.  How are you in a session?  Sensual, or a wild cat.  Your rates and what I can expect for the rate.  photos that are within 6 months.  I think Reagan Levy has a great website.
Very classy. Check hers out. Your travel schedule , how you verify clients and a good reference form.  What boards do you frequent.
The more info you provide, the more likely you will quickly develop a good client list

I agree with most of what's been posted with little exception.  I would not post a list of services or details of what a session is like.  My site says GFE but it doesn't say:  BBBJCIM, MSOG, DATY, FS, DFK et al.  I would encourage a reader to check the reviews and profile for these general questions and for anyone who has been screened to be able to ask a little more directly.

Additionally, touring girls often change rates with area in consideration of market and expenses.  I think it's acceptable to list rates for your base area and to  indicate that fees vary by city but are between xxx and xxx.  Then list your rate in local postings and be prepared to answer that question via e-mail.

I do most of my surfing on my mobile. I try to remember to go back to sites that I can't view on my mobile, but rarely do. At least a way to see the essentials, contact info, rates, and photos.  If I am still fired up after that, I'll come back for the fancy stuff

With the popularity of smart phones with web browsers built in, I would like to see a quick reference page for mobile devices.  Just the contact information and current rates.  There have been times when I was suddenly available and needed info to contact an old friend. No pictures, no graphics.

Everyone looked great xx years ago. When I see a website where she lists the photos as Jan 09, or Mar 09... I feel more confident that the person on the website who I am attracted to, is who will be there at my appointment.

Current photos every couple months will get you repeat business and good scores because the guy won't show up expecting something else and leave a bad review as a result.

You are more likely to get good reviews being honest about current 'looks'.

There... said in enough ways for everyone?  :^)

I would suggest including a mirrored website for mobile access.  Many companies are including this option in addition to their main websites to accommodate the increase in the number of customers who use mobile devices to access their sites.

There was also a brief discussion relating to "mobile access" on the Chicago board and one provider posted a link to dotMobi (see link below).
