Try searching the reviews leaving the city blank, but entering Hilton Head, or Savannah as the location.

You can also try searching on the local area code of these places, again leaving the city blank.

You might also want to try looking at the Atlanta and Carolinas boards.  Search for these cities, and ask for recommendations.
