I'm looking to get into body rubs I will be screening all clients but I am unsure of how to make sure I don't get stood up my hobbyist. A personal friend of mine was an escort provider and told me her experience of half the time getting stood up by guys either by not showing up at all not calling back for the second call for her two call system or being told they were going to go back to their car to get the money and never came back and ignored her calls. It got so bad before she stopped providing she ended up having to double book and stand up some guys because they would both show up and started making them give her $20 to leave when they told her they were going to their car to get the money because that's a line that is used to be able to ditch the encounter.
I am unable to host in my place and will be entertaining in 5 star hotels but I am worried about being stood up and being out of pocket a hotel room and time I could have been at my other job (online XXX cam room host) if I am stood up. It wasn't an issue for her in retrospect since she lived in her room and had plenty of clients since she was charging $40-$60 an hour (and seeing some not so nice kind of guys) but I will be charging $200 for an hour and I know I will be seeing less people but this is more of a side thing for me. So I was planning on asking for a $100 deposit that will be used for the hotel room booking fee since I'm thinking I'll only be seeing one person a day every so often due to my high prices. But wanted to ask the members of this forum for suggestions and advice on what to do . As I know it is very risky to give anyone money before any services are rendered in this business but I cant see any other way to do it aside book several clients for the same day but how often does that work? How flexible are you gents when it comes to situation like this? My friend pretty much said if you cant see right then and there they'll find someone else. Maybe that was due to the kind of clients she was attracting with her rates? I've been doing some research on my own so I know some basics between what I've learned from my own studies and what she told me. But my research has told me everything bad that happened to her was because of how she was presenting herself her rates and the places she was living/hosting in. I haven't started advertising yet as I'm still trying to learn as much as I can and work out the details. I haven't even started to advertise yet I'm still trying to work things out and work on my weight so I can command a higher price (I'm a BBW). I do well offering XXX services online but hobbyist seem to be very critical seems like your waist size has to be proportional to your fee.
Not sure where you are but rates are based on many things ... Bigger women are beautiful and many seek them out.
What is the best way to avoid being stood up then? I'm going to be investing a lot of money into the booking and setting up the room giving the best services and experience possible I don't want to spend all that time and money only to have my calls rejected when the guy simply decides not to show up and I call him wondering where he is.

Make your self and room ready for the client - 1 hour (and I'm being nice as the ladies spend MANY hours "primping" before we arrive)
Finally the 1 hour of "work" and he leaves .
5 hours of YOUR time for $200 !
Lets add in a second client just for fun ......primp again and clean up the room -2 hours .
We are at 7 hours now for $400 total.
So the day has ended and time to check out of a 5 star hotel - $200 please - now your at $200 for 7 hours of work that day !
Crap ........left out the champagne (1 bottle per client), snacks and hygiene products - $75 on sale .
You've grossed $125 if you lucky and things go as planned !!!!

I have invested some time looking at priceline for the Miami area as well as spoken to a few ladies there ... You can get a 4star hotel for $50 ... I was giving her suggestions if she is going to charge $200 instead of telling her there is no way to do it with a little class and not break the bank ... I never said a cheap low end hotel ... the question about deposits comes up from time to time. See the link, also if you learn how to use the search feature it will cut out the waiting for replies.
$200 is not considered high end, babe. If you are going to dish out the money for a 5-star hotel (which at best is going to cost you at least $200/night), champagne, candles, snacks, etc, whilst only seeing one client per day, you are going to be spending more than you're making unless you have a 2hr minimum or something. Even then, your profit margin is going to be extremely low, and that's not even taking into account things like advertising, website hosting, and other expenses.
As for deposits, the guys here will tell you that they'd never front money before a date. Truth is, requiring a deposit will mean less business, but it's the only sure fire way to avoid losing that investment.
In any event, I highly recommend that you either raise your rates, reduce your expenses, or be willing to see more than one client per day.
Its not that im not willing to see more then one person a day its the fact that im expecting all thats i would get. unless guys are super flexible and are willing to work with me on the day but like i said in the OP my friend who was escorting charging $40-60 per hour never saw anyone unless they were wiling to see her right then and there but im thinking that was just the kind of clients she was attracting but how many guys would be willing to shell out more then $200 just for a body rub? Deposits are often used more for longer dates or traveling ... In could be wrong but I think you will have issues with asking for a deposit ...no shows happen sometimes ... Cancelations happen a bit more but that's just part of the business ... Screening well, advertising in the right places, accepting appt with gentlemen only will greatly reduce these.

I don't see your plan as being profitable for you. The numbers just don't add up based on your rate, potential hotel costs and volume.
Personally I would never give a deposit of any amount to book an appointment with a local provider. I understand your apprehension about getting stuck with a hotel room but the reality is that's a pert of the business. Out call may be a solution for you but that presents an entirely new set of safety and screening issues.
I don't know who you are getting your advice from but if she is having a problem with guys ditching appointments once they see her then she is probably misrepresenting herself in her ads.

Getting deposits is a problem. Most providers do not ask for them & only if there's a large investment like blocking off a weekend or over night where turning away other clients or for travel expenses (like flying a provider in). Advancing money to a provider risks getting ripped off... she has half the money & gave no service. Why work for the other half?
It's rarely done but another way for the occasional event is to meet at a coffee shop next to a hotel, the gal gets the room & they enter. In one case I gave her the room fee... still a risk of rip off. (Gals have been known to leave through another exit.) In another case she covered it. At least if you meet first, you know he's gotten that far...
If a guy is to be the only client, it's not unusual for him to reimburse the room fee, at least in the FS world. Guys should never book the room themselves & leave a provider in possession of the room, lest she run an incall & get busted or rack up charges that will be billed to him later! (Even if he paid cash, room is guaranteed by a CC.)
I know I have not given you an answer but at least you know more of the issues.

If I need a therapeutic massage, I go to the gal that works with my chiropractor, less than 1/2 of what you want to charge, great deep tissue massage, I can grab a snack on the way home.
I don't see a market for a super nice straight massage in a fancy hotel. I understand your thought process, and you want to avoid the problems you see your friend has (who seems to be doing EVERYTHING wrong).
If you are going to provide a sensual/sexual massage, your pricing might still be high, depending on your menu. Check and see what the others are charging and keep your rates competitive.
Deposits will kill your business! No shows and cancellations are an issue for BOTH providers and clients. We either can live with them or we don't "hobby".
Have you though about renting a small space with enough room and paying by the month? This could end up costing LESS than a hotel and you could schedule how you wanted.

A massage with a happy ending commonly goes for around $100 in most places. Not $200 and up, with a deposit to top it off. And for $100, that massage service is with a nude LMT provider who does everything else that you just explained that you would do. That is your competition, and trust me, you have a lot of competition. Several people have told you that your prices are too high for what you are offering and they are right. As for wanting a $100 deposit up front, that is the single best way to guarantee that you will never have any clients, ever. If you feel that you shouldn't have to settle for less, then it is your right to have that opinion. But your career as a massage provider will be very short lived in that case.

Here's why I say that. There are two ladies I see regularly for $200 an hour. I see them at their well appointed in call apartment which is a nice, quite, comfortable environment. They offer drinks and stimulating conversation. Their service menu includes kissing, fellatio, cunnilingus, finger in vagina, finger in anus, rimming (giving and receiving), and protected intercourse. There are two others I see at $250 an hour. They offer the same services in a similar environment. The ones I see that charge $300 offer anal intercourse. What you offer sounds like a very nice experience but it doesn't include intercourse. I book upscale accommodations. This generally forces me to spend up to several hours finding a four star(and the occasional 3 & 1/2 star) in my price-point.
I've never seen an affordable 4 & 1/2 or 5 star, on any travel site, with the occasional exception of Las Vegas. Even those seem quite rare.
You sound like you want to give the most professional and enjoyable service possible. My suggestion would be to take a little time to read and learn from the ladies who are successful in the area of service you plan to provide and treat this as a legitimate business.
Make a list of your estimated expenses, research affordable accommodations, cost of supplies, where to purchase them in bulk(perhaps online stores) and any other overhead involved. Be realistic in your "expenses to income" ratio. I don't know where you live, but 5 star locations, high-end refreshments, etc. might be a burden at this point.
You may only need to provide a great service and clean, safe location for your clients at this time. Build your reputation and word will spread without dropping all your dough at the beginning.

I've checked with the discount sites like Priceline... sometimes there are rooms not listed there. Or not listed with the main office. Calling the hotel can be more or less money. My latest trip I booked through MapQuest which equaled a price on a discount site.
It does require some home work.
There are clients for virtually every size & shape gal... but fake pictures are a big No-No. When I research potential providers, I automatically eliminate false or hugely outdated pictures. One must tailor their business to their body type, services you offer, clients desires & willingness to pay. There are always scammers out there and a lot of guys don't use review sites... but fake pictures or services not as expected guarantee a bad reputation & guys who get to the door likely to balk or otherwise express their displeasure. Even BBW get calls though they may have to work harder or provide more services.
I don't know what you look like but you need to be honest. For best results you need to be reasonably attractive. That said, on a scale of 1 to 10, the post orgasm euphoria probably adds +1 to the grade... if it's a good one.

In some larger cities, there are body rub incall apartments that operate almost like an agency: two or more girls share the space, the advertising, and so on. They make it clear that they are body rub only and not FS but that leaves the opportunity to go further if you are comfortable with a client. For examples, look up some NYC body rub places. There might as many as 10 girls and a posted schedule, each girl only working one or two days a week (2 or 3 girls per shift). You also have the security of having someone else on the premises.

Ok, as others have stated, if you are going to host out of a 5-star hotel, you will need to see more than one gent per day. Your concern was that more than one gent may not book per day- which can happen quite often, so it is a legitimate concern. My advice would be to host out of a nice 3-3.5 star hotel…there are quite a few nice one's you can get for $100-$135, but using Priceline or other bidding services, I have heard you can get them many times for 1/2 their asking rate.
Your friend stated that many gents will not see you unless you are ready NOW. It is how you advertise that will determine how gents will book you. If you state in your ad you need 24 hours advance notice for instance, that will cut down on the last minute requests. Yes, you will still have gents call you at 2 in the morning, requesting an appointment in 20 min, but that is as simple as turning your phone off during the hours you are not available. The one's who are serious about booking will usually follow instructions pretty closely.
There is no sure fire way to prevent no-shows….but there are preventive measures. The deposit thing probably will not work, especially with you being so new and unknown to the gents. Screening helps a lot, and it is not just to prevent LE issues, but also to protect yourself from unsavory gents. In addition, when I do incalls, I never go in and pay for the room until the gent has arrived in the parking lot(for 1st time meetings). I had a few instances in the beginning where the gent said he was on the way, I got the room, and he never showed…now I am out $100-$120 for a room…pain in the a**. I have also had, on a few occasions back in the beginning, had a gent show up, go back to his car to "get his money", and never return…I chalk these guys up to "lookie-loos"….want to see the girl, but never had any intention of staying. This can also happen when the girl has mis-represented herself in her pics…then the gent has every right to walk out, IMHO.
You need to look into what other massage only/happy ending ladies in your area are charging, and go from there. You need to look at what you are charging, what you are offering, what you'll be paying for the room, and how many gents you project seeing per day…from there, you can design your rate so after all expenses, you will still be making a profit

let me throw some other ideas ur way -
1) starting off only being available one day a week and not booking a room until i have 3-4 guys willing to see me on that day then possibly opening myself to work more days until i can justify renting my own incall place
2) doing what someone else suggested and meeting them at pubic place and not getting the room until the service is paid for
3) possibly teaming up with another provider/mentor and renting space in her location per appointment until i can justify renting my own incall place (how comfy are guys with this- my research has told me no - guys are freaked out b more then one lady at the location and it was huge issue for my friend lots of guys reused to see her when she used to work out of a home with two other girls along with herself living/hosting services there)
4) Lowering the rates and doing outcall until i get a good rep going
i have looked at the prices in my area for massage and they average 100-200 per hour even saw a few bbws asking and getting 200 with positive reviews on my local board
