A direct charge to a card w/ no disguise......

To begin my first ever post on this site, I would just like to say I am very thankful to have such a great resource at my fingertips!

A well-reviewed escort agency near me takes credit cards as a form of payment.  How risky would it be to pay with a credit card?  Can someone please share their good or bad experiences?

In some cases no risk, in others you can get taken advantage of. The safest route is cash transaction because you are not exposed if the agency gets busted with piles of credit slips in their hands, as sometimes happen.
If you homework is correct and the agency is well reviewed you do not have to worry about them misusing your card information, as can happen with shady operators. The biggest risk is them getting busted with your card slip.
Another perspective of credit cards is that they allow people to charge things that they can't afford. Avoid falling into that trap if you do use cards for hobbying.

Even if the agency is a reputable and well reviewed agency meaning your information is safe, do you want your CC info on file when the agency gets busted? Probably not. Cash is always safest.

Would LE really go after all the clients?  I'm not a politician or clergyman so it wouldn't be newsworthy or anything.

Would seem an incredible risk that many of my friends wouldn't want to take. I have a few alternative methods of gift donations when cash isn't a preferred method.

I'm an established provider and over the years have heard stories ranging from distasteful to out & out insane!

I personally am very cautious with who I release my personal charge card numbers to and I would advise hobbyists to practice the same behavior. While I have never taken advantage of a client-provider relationship, I have heard of many stories that didn't demonstrate the same ethic concern.

I'd also caution any use of a card that might have third parties auditing it..... the obvious being a S/O ....but parties exposing "gifts" have also been accountants, well meaning employees, and individuals holding similar positions in the past.

I will continue to reiterate my bottom line of caution: know your provider & know her reputation    Happy Hobbying... kisses ~Tori

Cash leaves no paper trail or chance for a rip-off later.  Nuff said.

Hi! I have several clients who have been overcharged or had the actual agency name on their bills, even when told the charge would show up as "Acme Whatever." Be safe, please!
Cash can't be traced, noted by LE, or be found with reciepts that are accidentally discovered!!
Why take the risk?? However, Tori is absolutely correct...know your provider and her reputation!!!
