1)  Can I pay for a VIP membership for just one month with my credit card?  In other words, make it a non-recurring transaction.  Or if I pay by credit card, is it my responsibility to cancel if I want just one month?

2)  Do any of you guys have any concerns about paying with your credit card?  Should I have any concerns?  I'm not married, nor do I have a SO.  I guess I'm just concerned about my real name being associated with this site.  (Although, I guess it already is, given that my IP address has my real name.)

1.  Yes, you can buy just one month.  It will, I believe, always be a non-recurring transaction no matter how long a membership you pay for.
2.  I have no concerns.  I'm like you, single with no SO.  No problems so far, been a member for about 4 years.

It seems one month VIP membership @ 20.00 is reoccurring , but 3 month VIP for 50.00 is not and its the better deal.

I prefer 1 month at a time so I buy the 1 month. Then cancel the re-occurring next day with the comment that I prefer non-recurring. I haven't had any problems or issues with this method and I get my full month duration I paid.
