Let me just start by saying: I'm clean. Multiple check-ups, went inactive between appointments and waited a long time after each instance to watch for any sort of development.

Now, the question: While going at it, I've slipped out of the cover. It's happened twice (both instances were in Mish). Once in mid-session and once immediately after I'd finished and was pulling out (I only filled the cup, as far as we could tell). Am I doing something wrong?

Honest info (because lying or exaggerating won't help me): My dimensions are: 6" long, 4.5" around. I figure I'm just around average. I'm not swimming in your average trojan.

In both instances, it happened with gloves the ladies provided. As far as I could tell, they weren't Magnums or otherwise-oversized because they went on snug and appeared to stay that way (until they weren't, of course).

It's never happened to me with gloves I've bought off the shelf (regular lubricated or "pleasure-enhanced").

I think I've (we've) dodged bullets in the two instances I've experienced it, but each time it was a minor heart attack for both of us when it happened. I may be inventing things in my mind, but I even got the sense, once, that she suspected I'd done it on purpose (which couldn't be further from the truth).

Am I doing something wrong? Should I just resign myself to bringing my own (providing new, un-opened packages at each date so as to discourage suspicion of tampering)?

Is this really uncommon?

If you grab the cuff of the glove when you pull out, you won't have to worry about slipping out.

don't wait until you have gone completely soft before pulling out.  I know it feels good just to lay there inside her, but the gloves are more likely to stay insider her if you have softened up, which also means you have shrunk.......

I had a similar thing happen and the lady also gave the impression that the fault was on purpose.To be fair..they have most likely had experiences with men that resort to tactics of this sort for some bb pleasure.It's a valid suspicion, and one way to avert it is to be mindful of our extraction yes.

OK, I can't believe no one else caught that, but first of all, if you are 4.5 inches wide, you would never fit in any condom on the market I know of...secondly, I wouldn't let you near me with a ten foot pole, you would tear that up!
ha ha.  Ok, seriously...I have actually had a condom lost inside me (we didn't know what happened to it till I found it later in the shower) with a good friend a long time ago (not a client) and we had possibly had a bit to drink, put on another one and kept going...sometimes they just slip off because this friend of mine was huge, and it wouldn't have had anything to do with size...I'm sure you've already been careful to roll it all the way down after the first time it happened...some of my friends hold on to the bottom end (when exiting) to make sure it stays on.
Also, this may sound counter-intuitive, but lube might help...if the love juices get all used up during the session and some dryness sets in, that love box could be more grippy.

I believe he means circumference, which is c=PI*diameter, so about 1.4" "wide". Totally normal to average.

Ha! Yeah, I meant 4.5" in diameter (hence "around" ). I promise I'm not packing something that you'd more likely find at the lumber yard.

I'll keep the lube in mind. I tend to take a while to finish so that could certainly be it if she's starting to think about her grocery list. :/

You did not mean diameter! You meant "circumference" or "girth." However in your original comment you actually said 4.5" 'around', whcih does mean circumference or girth, so you were correct in the first place. Star just somehow read it wrong, and in trying to correct your OP now, (which needed no correction by the way), you are incorrectly stating diameter!
