the provider i saw recently asked if i wanted her to bring her girlfriend next time we get together. i asked how much and she told me $$$per hour apiece. i have never had a 3some before so i want to do it. my question is, should i assume that the girlfriend provides the same services as the provider or might she just be there for "show" maybe a little touch but no sex. if i cant have sex with both of them what's the point of her being there?

... you can't assume she'll provide the same services either.  Maybe one does Greek while the other doesn't.  Maybe one only does CBJ and bot BBBJ.  Maybe one doesn't like to DFK.  You can probably assume FS if the 1st provider was FS.

If you NEED to know what's available from the 2nd provider and there are no reviews, I don't see anything wrong with asking the 1st provider.  Since you've already seen her, she should be comfortable answering your questions.
