Search on Google for an adult website designer. There are dozens and many of them are very good. You can also find another girl's website that you like and contact the company that created it for her. You can find the name of the company at the very bottom of her homepage. Of course, sometimes it's not listed but you can locate the designer of most websites 9 out of 10 times.
I strongly advise against using a FREE website for many reasons. You should pay between $200 - $1000 depending on whether it's custom made or a template. Both are good and you can get great results by using either one. Make sure the designer also creates a banner for you and that should be included in the price. You will need to ask them about the monthly charge for hosting and updating the site also. Then, you'll need to find a photographer! Good luck.

I know that they are cookie-cutter, and a turn off many potential clients, but the free templates do serve a purpose, I know a few providers who have used these to promote there business very successfully!!! And I know a lot more about them then I do you Reese!!!
Looks to me to be a site hosted by godaddy, and created with the "website Tonight" application. Not expensive...but not free. She hasn't done a lot with it, and the biggest problem with the site builder sites is they are very limiting in what you can do, and if you do decide to hire a web designer, they tend not to give you an ftp account, cPanel access, sql databases, or options on scripting...but they work in a pinch.
My escort blog is a paid site. However, I have more than one site, and many URLs, and none of them are free. I simply haven't updated my TER profile. My Eros ad is linked to my paid site that contains my gallery, rates etc.
My blog is in it's current condition because I'm unhappy with godaddy's sitebuilder software and just haven't bothered to point my URL anywhere else. But now that I know you're looking, I will update the blog or hide it from view.
My advice still stands to the newbie. She says she has a year in the hobby so she's made some $$$ hopefully. She should invest some of that $$$ in a professional website that will attract a quality client base. I would suggest the Free Website only if she was a few months into the hobby or didn't have long term plans to stay.
BTW - I agree entirely with your last statement. If this your profession, you have to promote yourself professionally! The free sites are a best an interim solution.
I'll leave it up to the other responders to advise as to the best way to set one up should you choose to do so. But as I read your post it seems to me that you may believe that you need a website to participate as an active provider on TER. This is not true.
