Hi everyone I want to say that I think this is a great site and I'm learning a lot every day. I really like reading the discussions boards and have spent many hours reading and learning. I have only been in the hobby for about a month and I'm really hooked.
In the month I have already seen many many providers but haven't posted but 1 review. I was traveling a lot and it is a lot of work to try and do a review from a moble phone.
My question is will the 1st review from a VIP menber take longer to verify? I submitted my review on monday and I still don't see and response. I thought it best to wait to do more until I see if I'm doing the correctly. I don't want to waste mine or TER's time.
Sometimes the first review from someone is held up, especially if the provider has not reviews or very few.
You can look in the Account Manager section of the site where you will find a tab labeled "my reviews". Click on it and see if there is any comments regarding your review.
If your review is of a previously unreviewed provider by a new reviewer, it may not be accepted. There was a lot of trouble with false reviews before this change in policy.
If you go to account manager on the top bar, you'll see a list including "my reviews". If you click on that, you can see the status of the review. If the review is not accepted you can edit & resubmit it up to 90 days.
If you review a previously reviewed provider, your review should be more quickly accepted... as well as any subsequent or resubmitted reviews. If the lady gets a review by a vetran reviewer, your review should be accepted more quickly.
The provider has 22 other reviews in the last 18 months (all great). I've gone to "my reviews" and it has been blank. Is what your saying, That if is is blank my review submission didn't go thru.
Do we ever get any notification WHY it wasn't accepted? Its clear it is not a fake self-review because it was not scored that high. It is clear that it was not an upset client because the review was average/ok at best
