If I post a review with all 10's will TER even consider it legit?

For appearance and performance.  Many writers have given 10-10 to providers.  The only catch is, does the provider offer sufficient extras to merit the score of 10 for performance.  Be sure to read the review guidelines for scoring before submitting.  If the services are not at least on her menu, your score might be lowered to comply with the rules.

There is no reason for admin to think your review is not legit just because you gave her 10-10, other than what I mentioned above.

I see that you have only one review on TER so far. Well youve got
to start somewhere. Based on my experience i really did not know what
a 10 was when i first started out. Sometimes Im still not sure,LOL, even though
they fit the ' criteria'.
  Just my 2 cents but give yourself a few more experiences and reviews before
you give her 10s.  You will be surprised after you got some time and reviews under
your belt to go back and read your old reviews and say ,wow, based on what I know
now I probably would have scored her in a different way.
  But just in case you still think see is  ( a 10) later on down the road you can always change
your score. Subject to approval.
 

I am asking this because I read a thread about a guy who gave a bad review, and was attacked somehow to the point he removed it. I was wondering if it worked the other way around. Thanks for the advice on reviewing.  It's true.  Every experience I have is a 10. Then the next one is 11. 12 and so on. It's hard to judge because my experience gets better with ...experience.

straight 10,s are rare..but when you have one you will know it..you cant get them out of your mind for days..non 10,s..its like you cant remember what you had for lunch..
