When you say "woman of integrity with a good reputation," it sounds like you may be referring to my reply to Ciara in your previous thread.

In her case, I know about her because of her participation on various boards, even though she's in NY State, and I'm in Los Angeles.  Topics on the General Board are often philosophical, sometimes involving ethics.  I can't recall any specifics, but in general, her answers lead me to believe that she's trustworthy.  I don't know her, but I have seen her receive support on the boards from hobbyists who do.

In response to your earlier post about problems tourning, we had someone visit Los Angeles this past week.  She was plagued by cancellations and no-shows.  In the middle of her trip, she posted on the LA Board to express her dissatisfaction with her visit.  Enough guys called her for appointments to make her trip worthwhile after all.  Of course, for this to work, I'd imagine you would have to have some pretty solid reviews in your home town.

I know this doesn't specifically answer your questions, but I hope it's some help anyway.

If you're on time for your appointments, don't upsell, and deliver as advertised (in terms of looks and a high level of service), you'll develop a reputation for integrity, honesty and service in a short period of time.  I've seen girls develop a good reputation in as little as a month or two.  That usually requires being active and visible on a board. If you're going under the radar, it will take much longer.

Answer to first
She has accurate ads. When she promises that she is going to call back, she does. She never stand up a client, even if the previous client sticks money in her face to have do so. She screens well and makes an effort to book reliable potential clients so that she can avoid over booking. Years have nothing to do with whether a lady has integrity, she either develops Integrity early in her life or she does not.

To second question
She shows up on time. She perform as advertised, no GFE ads, but weak performance. She does not over book. If a client does not meet his obligations, she never schedule him ever again. She charges a fair price for the level of service that she provides.

Q1 and Q2 actually combine with each other somewhat since by definition, integrity is a synonym for honesty.
Reputation does take time, but there are no definitions on how long that is... usually based on perceptions of individuals involved.
Intergity with good reputation imply provider would be willing to put others ahead of herself in many instances - such as in scheduling etc.

RoDunn and Stiltryin are very accurate.  With the risk of being redundent, integrity means "delivers as promised" in all facets (ambiance of incall, accuracy of photos, performs very similar to her profile although there is always YMMV) etc.  Whereas good reputation probably has more to do with reliability and good business practices (fair price, returns e-mails and calls, etc.).
