I would try to schedule several days ahead of time.  Have the date set before you leave home.  If she is the one traveling, same answer, as you don't know how many dates will have set up ahead of time in either case.  If she is touring, she will try to have a sufficient number of dates set up to make sure she can cover her costs.  Of she doesn't, she might end up losing $ on the tour.

Contact her as soon as you know a date and time. Maybe even earlier to get screening out of the way.

If it is too far in advance for her, she will let you know when to call back. I've scheduled a few weeks in advance.

If the review say "regular two call system" does that mean they also do a screening?  I've read quite a few reviews and only saw a screening referenced a couple times.

contact the lady of choice. For example, if you only have 8-10 pm available for play on a particular night, contact her at least a week and maybe two weeks ahead. Sometimes it takes several days for the lady to respond then she needs to screen you, etc.
