END OF MESSAGE

Hi, everyone.
I am a new member to this community. I am a young woman in her early 20s looking to become a provider. I have tried independently to have either an agency or someone to partner with to guide me on this journey. I am not sure how I can go about getting established. I am not interested in the lower level with all of the risks of that so I am trying to get advice from men, who are active in the community. Thanx!

Hi Dana.  There are several things you can and should do.  One, read the self help center, there is a section in it devoted to providers that will answer many of your questions.  Two, get a website, there are plenty of free templates out there you can use until you are ready for a custom one.  Three, start posting here on your regional board, become active there.

If you join one or more of the verification sites, DateCheck, Preferred411, or RoomService2000, those can serve as ads for you.  Once you have seen some TER members and have at least 3 reviews, you can ask to join the Providers Only board.  With one review, you can ask admin to give you limited VIP so you can PM people and read all the details of your review.  Also, once you have a review, you can ask admin to link your reviews to your handle, that way every time you post something, the link will appear under your name, thus making it easier for hobbiests to check you out.

Best of luck, feel free to ask me if you have any other questions.

but it would benifit you greatly to invest the time to read bacl on the Newbie Board, the Legal Board for several pages.  A bunch of info you should be aware of.

You should get a website. escortdesign.com You make your own site. Then you can register thru datecheck and screen clients make sure theyve been seen by other women before. that they are whitelisted here or on datecheck you can see which ladies theyve seen in there profile and then preferred411 i just joined and am figuring that site out just now myself. then theres dangerzone411 thats gives out warning for women of clients that may be bad. Thats the info i have come up with myself over past few months .   hopefully that small amount of info will prove helpful. Goodluck with it .

your typing skills are much improved!

ergonomically correct for me. I have slight scoliosis in cervical spine. It's nothing major but the chair before was forcing me in this god awful position and it was so uncomfortable. Got a nice new chair now . Its not as bad. If i am hyper and typing way way too hard though I still get the pain after few hours. I love the computer , thank you for compliment. See what interacting with all these scholarly gentlemen is doing for my iq? I feel my brain growing. hahah! thanks!

to be a _____ is hands down DangerZone411....amazing how-to info on that site.
For screening/verification as well as a support network with about 3000 Providers (all current) helping each other 24/7 is VerifyHim. VerifyHim also has a "Reaources for Providers" section with excellent information.
Read, Read and Reread..!
Sorry guys, GIRLS only...can't give our tricks away....hehe

Just as much for Providers as Hobbiests....

Separate Email
Separate Phone

Learn how to screen & never be sloppy or associate with those who are.

This is a secret world...  Think long & hard about who from your real world knows what you do.  Some of the links I posted suggest having a designated person you TRUST who could pickup & keep your children in an emergency, care for pets, what ever.
Another consideration might be someone you TRUST to provide BAIL if needed.

You really should not spend all you make.  You should keep health insurance, pay taxes, fund IRA, have savings, plan for retirement, and even lay the ground work for a life after providing (perhaps education, obtain professional licenses, or buy a franchise or ???).  A lot of girls work their way through school & graduate with no student loans.   But doing the provider life right requires a lot of discipline and planning.  You will be your own boss but you are also your own employee...

Best wishes,

making a living as a provider) or background (age, education level, boundaries, etc.) and ask her for some guidance.

If you give good service at a reasonable price you will be successful.

To swimtrekr and harbor_view, I have taken the bits of insight you have given and I am working on a site. There was a mention of professional photography so this is a part of it that I may need to put on hold until I can find a reputable photographer. I have a basic membership so at the moment PMing other providers isn’t possible.
To Deb4512, I live in Atlanta.
Thank you ALL for all the insight, unfortunately most of the “established” providers are currently out of my initial price range. This is leading me to go it alone, however I do follow a couple of providers on twitter in an effort to understand the ins and outs a bit. That’s all I have for now.

The reality is, when you are first starting out, you will have no reviews. Many experienced hobbyists will not see you if you are unreviewed.

This leaves you with a market of mostly less experienced or inexperienced guys... most of whom don't have any references! You will lose a lot of business screening as rigidly as an established provider when you are first starting out yourself. We have the luxury to screen rigidly and turn guys away on a regular basis. You may not have that luxury if you barely paid for your incall hotel room, rent is due and you've only seen one guy that day (things were waaaaay slower when I was unreviewed).

Usually, a membership to Date-check and Preferred411 requires reviews! Otherwise, anyone could join and the clients would not feel safe so this is just idealistic advice not based in reality.

And much of what you've heard so far is idealistic. You don't need professional pictures or a website to get started. I started out with just cell phone pictures on a Backpage ad... many girls do. A website is helpful, but you don't need one. Many guys don't even go to the website in the ad anyway!

Any many, many of us started off doing incall massage... a half hour rate. If your rate is low enough, you can easily get business every day like clock work, but you will have to see more guys.

Rather than screen rigidly, I would just never see anyone who was soliciting via phone, email or even face to face. If they demanded to know what was included in the massage, I just showed them the door. I would never do that now (I always screen and ask for references with hotels now), but I didn't have that luxury when I was first starting and wasn't reviewed myself. Is that ideal? No, but I'm giving you real world advice, not Polly Anna idealism.

Once you get several reviews, you can start raising your rate and only do full hour appointments, increase your screening and you can start branching out to many of the other ad and membership sites already mentioned.

That's what I did. I recently went on a two day travel trip to New York City with a guy I met here at a luxury resort. I have come a long way!

But you have to start somewhere... but it's not going to be doing things like the established girls are right off the bat. Hope that helps.

Email me at the ens listed on my TER profile and we can go from there.
Stay fun and be safe.

Also, make sure you're twitter acct is not linked to your account here (same email address and such) IF you have non hobby related friends and family following you in Twitter OR on your website with Wordpress. (looks like it might be)

The two most important things are screening, and how to manage your finances. There are a lot of snakes in this world, on both sides of the fence. Use caution in whom you trust.

Most cell phones take crappy pictures.  With good quality digital photos so available there is no excuse for poor pictures.
Pictures need to be large enough...  or open large enough to see well.
You can hide or blur your face.
Pictures need not be explicit.  You should have a variety of pictures different dress and undress...  ok to be a bit artistic or modelly.  There are guys for ever body type...   Your pictures, taken in total should show most all of you.  The client should arrive knowing what you look like.   Any hint of fakery will spoil it.  You don't need 100s of pictures...  but I'd say 10-12 would be a good number.
You don't need new pictures all the time...  but if you change shape, change hair cut or color...  New pictures!

Also, rotate your photos in your ads.  There is nothing that sets off Red Flags like always the same 1-2 pictures.  (One girl I was interested in, just before I called...  I found out the pictures were her...  10 years ago).

NO music on your site.  (Guysshuld not surf adult sites with others around but some do & music is a give away & clients will click right back off.

Good point on not adding music to the site, I am going to be purchasing a good digital camera. Tried using  my phone and the pics were not up to par of what I have seen from other girls. Another question I have is, what is the best incall location are men most comfortable with since I will not be operating from my home.
