They don't play around with their verification. You have to actually send them a copy of your drivers license to be accepted to the site. They want to make sure you are of age. They check out all your information, websites, where you have reviews, where you advertise. I'd say if they are on there then you are pretty safe but as always you need to do your research. Just because a girl doesn't have reviews on here doesn't mean she isn't a good provider. There are many other sites, Date Check, P411.
As a newbie you need to see providers with reviews on here, and profiles on the other sites I mentioned. Also a lady having a website is another plus for her, though they aren't necessary, it at least gives you more information into what she likes and dislikes, her actual prices and how she likes to be contacted.
If she was referred by another provider, she is probably safe. I think it's unlikely that one provider would refer another provider to a site like that to act as a set up for LE. I do not have any personal knowledge of RS2K as I'm not a member and it's not too widely used in my area. However, I have observed that many providers on DateCheck do not have reviews.
My rule is that if there are no reviews somewhere, remember this is not the only review site, I will not see her. My only exceptions are a referral from a trusted hobby buddy, or from a provider that I know very well.

I have a query as a "relative" {novice to the scene} newbie. What if someone is on RS2K but no ter reviews is that okay??
A provider told me that RS2k is pretty strict and even when they come to town rs2k takes time to verify them..
My key concern is: being rs2k does that mean that they are not a set up??
I guess my key concern and bottom line ONLY real query is: does having the following mean its not a "SETUP"
I'm actually only interested in meeting and talking ...but have heard that everyone is crooked so be careful
