I had already done the same thing about white listing but the problem is that when I go on the clients page I can not find the submit button to submit. Do you know where the invisible button is?

...think you have to have VIP membership as a provider to whitelist someone. (In order to find that button.) You must have at least one review here on TER. Then e-mail TER admin from the e-mail you joined TER with and request they link your review to you TER handle (bridgetcage). This will give you the free limited provider VIP and you will be able to whitelist. This will also allow you to use the PM (private message) system here & read all the details of your own reviews.

Check the Self-Help Center (upper right of message board, under red & white life preserver) then look in the section titled "Some info for providers". This tells you about provider VIP & whitelist.

that you are a provider. You have to have reviews first, and the reviews have to be linked to your username. (as xyz told you)
See the link below and especially read the part that says, "I am a provider and I don't see any of these buttons you are talking about."

disabled his "show whitelist". I think that hides the "submit" button.

No matter whether some guy has his whitelist on or off.
