You are a client looking for a database to check to see if a listing is legit. TER is such a resource

where you can check out providers by all sorts of different criteria, one of which is to do a search by phone number. Simply click on "reviews", then click "search reviews" look for the "providers phone number" and enter her phone number there, leave all the other fields blank and TER will show you all reviews affiliated with that number.

and please, follow impposters advice and work on those writing skills. It will make it much easier for us to help you when we can understand what you are actually asking about
