1) Don't ask any questions about her menu while setting up the date.  That will usually result in cancellation.  Wait until you see her.  This may mean no greek the first time because it usually involves prep for her.
2) Just because there's a "don't know" next to greek on her profile means only that the first person to review her didn't request it so it may never have been changed.  That's just the way the review process works.  You need to have VIP and read several actual reviews to know what's really on her menu.  Also, see if she has a web site.  The info may be there.
