If you wish to change your password, or edit your e-mail address, you can do that there.  If you wish to change your user name, you will have to contact Admin.  Same goes if you need to change info in your profile, presuming you are a provider.  To the best of my knowledge, there are some things you can change there (such as rates or age), but not everything.  Hope that helps in some small way...
