Hi Paris, Members that are not providers don't have profiles that are accessible by other members. You can send them a private message by going to "Messages" in the dark bar at the very top of the page. Enter their TER handle in the to: box and write your message etc.
He will only be able to read it if he has a VIP membership which I'm sure he does since he gifted you VIP days.
You have to type the members username correctly in the message “to” box, or the PM won’t go through. If the person posts on TER, the easiest way to PM him (or her) is to find one of their posts and click on the envelope next to their name or just click on the username and an option to send a PM will pop up.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
