Newbie - FAQ

Ok, heavily considering calling an escort for the first time. I think I've found a lady that would suit me, but being as paranoid about getting caught as I am, some issues raised some red flags that I want to run by this board before I go thru with this:

- This particular lady has plenty for favorable reviews on here (and is verified on another site), but on different page it says that she has stopped taking reviews. Seems like a negative sign (fishy? she flipped?), but, again, I'm a newbie. What would be the reason for that?

- She says that she's "Newbie friendly", but also has a screening process that asks for 2 previous providers/referrals. Since I'm new & obviously don't have any previous, how does this usually work?

I've picked up some pretty good tips on this board, but am still nervous on pulling the trigger...at the same time am in a massive dry spell. Is there a be-all-end-all newbie thread to browse thru?

she may not agree to see you regardless of what her reviews are saying.  I'd suggest you move on.

so how do you ever start lol? Because it seems most of these girls deemed "safe" have a similar policy.

What I would do if I were you is contact her and say you are interested in meeting her, but you are a newbie without any references, and and ask her what kind of screening she requires.  That is how you would get the most direct answer to your question.

I think that in a case like this, if she really is newbie friendly, it would be ordinary for you to give her your real name, and work info, then she will call your work and verify employment or something.   That would be the most ordinary thing, but everybody does it differently.  Bear in mind, plenty of clients are not willing to divulge that sort of info to a stranger, and therefore won't be able to proceed with said provider.

All I can say is that some providers are more newbie friendly that others.  Some want a million references, others just ask you if you are a cop and then take your word for it.  All you can really do is contact them and ask.  If you don't like their verification process, then move on to another one and try again.  For every one you take a pass on, trust me, there are 1000 more.

By the way, if you want a nickel's worth of free advice, communicate with these types of ladies using a separate email account, and use that email address for hobbying only, nothing else.

As for your concern about not wanting to get caught, do you mean by the cops, or by your wife?  That is really a separate topic of discussion.

As for your question about her not taking reviews anymore, I don't quite follow you on that.  I don't think she can particularly stop people from reviewing her anyway.  At least not with this website.

Good luck, don't be nervous, you are supposed to be having fun here.

- My concern was definitely by cops. Got laid off from the biggest job of my life, but there is a good chance I can get it back. No criminal record, but definitely fear what the repercussions could be. That's where the nervous/cautiousness comes from.

- Yea, the review part came from another site. On this site, she has had 2 reviews this month alone, both positive. But the paranoia has me thinking of all type of scenarios, i.e, LE creating accounts and giving positive responses (ridiculous I know lol, just tryna cover all bases).

But your insight was very helpful. Was going back and forth on whether to text her or create a new email account, but will definitely use your tip

...are a good number (6,7, or 8) of those by guys that have written a lot of reviews? Newbies shouldn't see ladies with just 2 to 5 reviews and some of those by guys with one or two reviews to their credit.

Do some reading in the Self-Help Center. It's on the upper right of most discussion boards under the red and white life preserver. Click on the link and start reading the info you find in the links listed on that page.

She has 88 reviews, yeah she has plenty. It was really the "I no longer accept reviews" that she has on another page that had me concerned. I don't believe I can check how many reviews others have posted because I believe I might need to be VIP.

But thanx. I will check out the self-help center.

There are lots of ladies that don't like getting reviewed, even the ones with great reviews. Not hard to understand why if you've read some of the more graphic ones.

Definitely you should contact her and let her know your situation.  But don't try to negotiate the level of screening information you're willing to give out. I tried that early on and it didn't go over very well lol.  If you're unwilling to provide what she requests then move on.

Good luck and have fun!

Definitely encourage you to do your homework and trust your gut wrt the risks.  I've been in a similar place and can relate to what you're feeling.  Also....make sure you get a hobby phone or search this board for the various options about phones.  Do not use your own phone...not a good idea IMO even if you are single.

Use this board.  Generally speaking...it's a great place to learn and those who frequent it are very helpful.

I'd also encourage you to get VIP access here.  You can then PM other VIPs and get some additional advice that is not always disclosed on the boards.

Good luck, be safe, and have fun!
