It's not appropriate to discuss services/acts for a lower price

You can't pick and choose activities you want to do and pay based on what you choose.

What you are describing sounds like "non GFE" providers.
Everything is covered, limited to no kissing without tongue, no daty, etc.

No, not appropriate. It's like ordering a hamburger and...

...asking them to hold the tomato, pickle and lettuce and then asking for a discount on the burger.

Do a criteria search and you'll find providers who only do CBJ and don't allow DATY are much more reasonable.

Do a search on TER for providers who meet your requirements

Make sure you get VIP membership and then do advanced search for gals in your area who offer "BJ- with condom" only on their profile; hence they are "non-full GFE" read their reviews, check out website and rates; often their rates may be a little lower then comparable BBBJ ladies (full GFE).
A few providers also post a "full service" rate on their website or ads which is less than their "GFE" rate

Or just pick a "full-GFE" and ask her to provide you with CBJ. You will still need to pay her FULL price even if you don't want to daty, dfk, etc. You have to pay even if you don't take advantage of everything on the menu.

Sorry, but I would charge EXTRA for a damn cbj. That is MORE work.

I think if you search providers who ONLY offer cbj, you will find their rates are lower to begin with so just do that. Don't go to a gfe provider and ask for a discount, or you will end up on a DNS list.

If you don't want lfk, daty, or any of that, try going with an FBSM provider vs. a GFE. You will find the rates are lower and the services you want are there. Most do a massage and hj or bj, and you can decide if you want the cover or not.

Lol lots of providers prefer CBJ & not at a discounted rate.

You usually get what you pay for! I know plenty of top rated providers who are 400-600hr & are CBJ it's personal preference.

If you have to ask, don't bother

Never ask for discounts. If you have to ask, you can't afford her. Or if you ask, you will insult her. Value the service they provide and find someone in your price range.
