Do providers drink often, with the hobbyists? If so, what is reccommended.

Would it be good if I set some scotch on the table? Or would they prefer is I offered them some nice red wine?

It's probably best not to presume too much with someone you've never met. Many of the providers who I see either don't drink alcohol, or don't drink when they are meeting clients. Recently a provider who doesn't drink told me about a meeting with a new client. He had purchased a bottle of Crystal champagne for her pleasure. She politely took a sip, but it was really wasted money.

The nicest thing is to have a few options available but not be insistent on any. Probably the most important thing is to have water available since one can tend to get thirsty. I also like to have some sort of melon or fruit such as grapes available if I'm hosting a longer session, since this sort of thing is refreshing.

Most providers that I see do, but you really need to read the reviews to be sure. I think most seem to just enjoy wine as they can manage it easier than hard liquor in a session, but again it pays to do your homework, I would not assume...

Many providers will not take a drink that they can not SEE come from a sealed container.  It's sad, but there are some nut jobs out there that like to spike the drink with drugs.

What she likes may very well be found on her website, but please have it in an unopened container, and ask if she'd feel more comfortable pouring her own.

That's like asking if providers likes bowling, skeet shooting or tennis.  The simple answer is that some do and some don't.

Your best bet if you are entertaining a lady is to ask in advance what she likes.

Gotta do your homework. I've been with some ladies who won't drink on a date, and I've had multiple hour dates with others who consumed  a lot of booze as she said it makes her really horney (been with her a few times and it does work. I think it relaxes her more than anything else.)

Some gals don't drink - period.  Some don't drink on duty.  And others would love hove to share a drink with you.  I've met gals who keep very well stocked bars, and offer me a drink.

Check her website, often times gals let you know some of her favorite things, including beverage preferences.  Reviews will also give you clues.

Actually, since it is not a question about sex, it is fair to ask after the meeting is confirmed.  Ask if she would like you to bring a bottle of wine, and if so does, ask if she has a favorite.  But, I'd leave any thought of hard liquor out for a first time visit.

A few tips:

1) As with everything else, if she says no, that means no!  Accept it!!!

2) Remember, both of you have to drink responsibly!!!  One, or both, of you has to drive home!

3) If you do bring a bottle of wine, never assume that she will have a bottle opener!!!  Either find an acceptable wine with a twist-top, rare, but they do exist, or carry a bottle opener with you, preferable one not attached to a Swiss Army knife.

Good luck,

jazz32

I always like to let the lady know beforehand that I don't drink. I do however, ask if she has a preference in beverages, and that if she would like some wine, I will gladly bring some along. In this case, I will bring some non-alcoholic wine for myself. (Grape juice with a cork) As Phil pointed out, be sure not to open any bottles until the lady is present.

Remember, getting numb will defeat the real purpose that you are together in the first place.

most of the time when you call to set up the appt: even if you dont talk to the lady herself her "assistant" will be happy to find out her beverage preferences esp. on bookings over a hr.  AND ALWAYS UNOPENED, THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION THIS A RULE.

BT, Since taking up the hobby this is what I've found.

My first encounter with a lady she usually has refused anything to drink. She doesn't know me and we both are a little nervous.

I still have available, bottle water, sprite, coke, diet coke and usually a light wine and a light beer.

Usually on a second meeting she will drink one of the above as she is more comfortable with me and our time together.

If I have a third meet then she is aware I really like her and she is more comfortable with me. So I usually have it at a motel with an in room jacuzzi and I have candles, wine, cheese and crackers or strawberries  dipped in chocolate with whip cream (the can spray type as it can be used for fun later too...he..he).

They really seem to like this and they show me some special attention by that third meeting!!!

Hopes this helps!

I would get drunk with their girls, and spend the day in bed with them. The ladies blew off their other appointments to spend the day with me. The Madam was NOT amused.  She would repeatedly call the room, and yell "Fuzzy you asshole, you got my girls drunk again"!!!  lol  ;-)

During extended dates, 2 hours or more, sharing a bottle of Vino is a nice touch.

A nice bottle of Vino, chilled bottled water and fresh fruit are standard refreshments at my incall for dates 2 hours or longer.

If you're supplying the wine, please make sure the seal is unbroken and the bottle is opened in front of or by the lady.

I think it's a nice way to start a date, and it can be very refreshing later on. I generally won't indulge during a date shorter than two hours, though. Gotta drive home afterward! I am not a fan of scotch, however, and I'm somewhat choosy about the beer I drink. Wine I'm much more flexible with.

As everyone else has said, let her know that you would be happy to bring along something to drink, and ask her if she has any preferences.

the answer is as varied as if you had asked   do woman like shring drinks.  So to that, this woman does on occasion.  Its all individual. Love the company and conversation taking our time and letting it flow naturally.  Makes the whole encounter sweeter for all I believe.

I do drink. However I'm not really one for scotch. I find that if we have enought itme sharing a nice drink to loosen the tension is quite pleasurable. I don't like to though if I know that there isn't mush time. I like to be fair.

some providers, like myself, cannot partake in alcoholic beverages.  I am not an alcoholic per se, but one drink and I'm drunk.   However, that being said, I have no problem if a gentleman wants to bring something for himself as long  as he can drink responsibly.

Many ladies do.  I personally favor bubbly, and I would never bring anything like scotch, vodka, etc. to a meeting.  Also, if you are driving to your appointment, you have to consider LE risk re: DUI.  While I have never had LE intervene on my hobbying, I have on several occasions encountered DUI checkpoints afterwards when leaving NYC.  Newbies often worry about LE, but the risk is much greater if you drink during sessions, and then have to drive home...

I enjoy sipping a little bit of wine, but as others stated, you should always ask.  It's also important that you bring an unopened bottle, and you open and pour it in front of the lady.
