Yes, if you are playing with an unsanitary partner, yeah, ur gonna suck some shit. But if you plan ahead of time, like requesting rimming and ask the gal to be prepared for that kind of play, 9 times out of 10 the girl will oblige you by giving it a good cleaning down there.
