Hi folks,
Having been in the hobby for a while, I have to confess that I haven't been able to meet a provider who is young (less than 30), pretty and provides good service.
In the last months, I met few providers whose reviews are sterling (great body, great service + age from 20-30)(I don't want to say it here since they are very nice to me). However, only the first two are quite true (good body and service). But none of them are in the age of 20-30.
Can it be that the rate is low (300-1K)? Or did I go to the wrong agencies? I even used some great agencies that many guys here were recommending but again the results are still the same. Can't find a white young provider with good service.

Very disappointed!
