It's not about the services you provide but how well you connect with the client both physically and emotionally. What makes a 10 for me?
As it implies, 'Once in a Lifetime'. That means everything has to come together. Of course, acronyms are important. In terms of menu, everything, including Greek, should be available. That said, I could see me giving a 10 if Greek was not available if the rest of the session was great, but the rest of the menu would have to be no holds barred. Many things need to be just right for a 10 experience. IMHO
