You are correct on both fronts. BDJ rates keep going UP and.................

the girls ARE OVERWORKED. I've had more than a couple of BDJ providers tell me that seeing EIGHT guys per day is normal and that TEN is not uncommon. One highly reviewed gal told me that TWELVE guys was the record for a day!!!   Whoah!!!!  Jill's rates have gone to $450. Chrissy  just went up to $400. Don't get me wrong, I think Kim has some of the best looking gals around and I've enjoyed the service, I just don't like the idea of $400 and up per hour. Just my 2 cents.
