Serious question and would love insight especially from my "friends.". I have had my fair share of great doubles with wonderful ladies.  With one exception, however, they always require switching covers between ladies, which is a bit of a distraction. Why, if they are really comfortable enjoying each other and have no problems with each other, is there a need to switch?  Only once did a provider say she didn't mind, but her partner did, so it was only one directional benefit. During sessions I just follow rules so never remember to ask for a reason....

Not switching covers is not a good idea, for health reasons.  
A good suggestion for DUOS is each lady wear a female condom.    
Give it a try, it will be mich easier as you transition from girl to girl.

Unless the gentleman requests a mans condom, it is much much easier.  
A female condom (FC) can be left in to make it easy to switch from sex to bbbj.....and WHO doesn't love that?
Oral on a woman is good too......the FC is like a garnish on the plate, push it aside and keep on eating.

My tongue is not banging against her cervix.  
When giving oral to a woman, much of it is the exterior of the vagina. The clitoris, labia majora and minora like to be licked, slicked, sucked, rubbed ....et al depending on the woman.  
If you want an anatomy lesson, my girlfriend and I (our lips (labia) look different) would LOVE to point out and label our anatomy for you.  

You are talking about taking one person's bodily fluids and inserting them into another person.
