....like for real, some of them crack me up.....

But on a serious note, do they ever work out?

Over time, I've seen dozens of posts where I might have been a good 'candidate' and even at times I've been recommended as an ideal match but they never seem to pan out.......for one reason or the other....

Anyone have a case of where such a post worked out well? I don't mean when you ask your buddies behind closed doors, I mean you want something so you publicly post your desire and see what it gets you.

And ladies, has such a thing panned out for you? Did you respond and get a date...

Both times worked out.  The first time I tried this was a day before I visited Philly on a business trip, and a lady I had met about six months prior at a Vegas M&G responded, along with a half dozen others.  Worked out well...the lady I met in Vegas (who was from NJ) became my Philly regular on future trips.  The other time I tried was on this board, and that also worked.  But I already had met that lady as well previously at several NYC M&G's, and several of the others that responded I also knew.  So, yes, it does work, especially with those that you already know

I posted a request for advice for a kind of provider for me - married young and been with only one partner since and now single after 20 years and looking to have a provider to learn to ride the bike again and got a couple of responses providers and hobbyists and they were all very sincere and one worked out great and I wrote a review of it.  

I am pretty new to all this, also so that is why I did it.
