You need to understand , prostitution is not legal in Canada. Public solicitation and brothels violate Candian law. However, escorting is not illegal. So when visiting Toronto if you wish to contact an escort, Independent or agency, and arrange a business transaction in which she will come to your room you are not violating any law.  You are paying for time. You are purchasing companionship.
Employing reasonable sense the government determines what happens once the escort arrives is none of their business. The decisions between two consenting adults is a private affair.  There are far more critical concerns requiring the direction of LE energies and resources.

BTW...crime in Canada is minisuled compared to the good old USA.

You are gonna love Toronto. Beautiful world class city and a great place to have some fun. One of my faves use to be based there. Kinda lost track but if Danika [ check my reviews] is still around she would make a most excellent tour guide.
