They're a lot of fun, and in my experience especially useful for fisting. Make sure to adjust the chains to a comfortable height for both parties in order to avoid awkward positions. Do you have hard points in your home, or somewhere else to hang it from?

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with a swing, but I have a fair amount of practice on renovation and construction.  Anchor it securely, my dear.

I love mine! I also got the one that goes over the door frame. As long as the door can take it, the swing itself is good up to 350 pounds, so I'm pretty sure it's safe for most ladies and gentlemen here  

To be honest, it did take a little bit of patience to get it adjusted to the right height for me, and it's a little hard to adjust while a person is in it so that means a lot of climbing in and out! Once things get rolling though, it's a lot of fun Some new positions that are usually difficult to maintain were made possible, and much more enjoyable, with the swing!  

I also recommend a pair of over the door cuffs to go with it - even if you're not necessarily into restraint, you might find the need for a couple more handles

and I dont really use it. The fact that you have to readjust it almost every time kind of interfears with the spontinaity of things. For a novelty its fine but I like the bed much better...
