I am kind of blown away.  Ashley's answer is that $$$ comes first and foremost so just douche and stuff a sponge up your cooch and the John's will be none the wiser.  Not only is that NOT safely sanitary, it is deceptive and irresponsible.

Let's reverse it, if a guy had blood dripping out of his cock, the fact that he'll have a condom you say full steam ahead?  Would you give a guy a BBBJ if there was blood coming out of his cock?  If not, then do you tell hobbyists who about to go down on you that you are spotting or on your period?  

Clearly anyone who would not disclose being on their period (which I believe the research shows carries a high rate of STD transmission) does not care one iota about her clients or their health.  I don't know if you meant it 100% the way you said it but your response, aimed at the ladies, was a descrption on how to deceive a client and protect your $$$.
