So I finally get the guts to actually post some questions and learn something,  and the next day this crap happens. My question was answered with a brutal honesty that I appreciated. If that is the reason these changes are to occur, I don't think I'm going to learn much in the future. Well thanks to the few that helped me,  and the many I learned from lurking.
