Some agency info...

The owners of NY Confidential have went their separate ways and
are now two separate agencies.

The site links are:
http://www.nyconfidential.com
http://www.nycpink.com

Existing TER reviews and the associated contact info point to
the NY Confidential site. But it would seem that a lot of the
girls are listed on both sites. They may well be available
from both sites.

My guess (and it's a guess only) is that as they each get new
girls the apparent overlap will go away.

For now, it would look like this could be a customer service
competition.

Are you sure about this, Frankie? The nycpink website has existed for some time, and is obviously fashioned after www.valentinagirls.com - on the valentinagirls site some of the more glamorous and unblurred shots of NYConfidential girls can be found, including Cheryl's some months ago (which have been pulled since then) - actually I am curious to find out what her favorite character is in Great Expectations, but that's a $1200 question
