Why would you want to go BB with any provider that will do that with you???  REALLY???  A test does NOT prevent disease, it only tells you if you have one at the moment of testing.  Depending on the test, viruses are often missed.  The tests most family doctors and free clinics use often miss the viruses, the other tests are much more expensive.
