Caveat emptor

When I first started they TER did not approve my first 3 reviews. The reason was I needed to show some review history. TER exact words were:

"Reason:
From time to time we choose not to post reviews from users with limited history at TER. This is done with the interests of our community as a whole in mind. We thank you for your understanding."

So I had to get a few under my belt before it was allowed. But I wonder how can you verify if the hobbyist has really seen the provider. Who knows, I am just saying.
