Ok, so I had my eyes on this particular provider for a while and she has pretty good reviews, but she cancelled on me on the last minute and I was pretty pissed off, but I do want to still see her.

Whether you were right or wrong is of no consequence. What you must realize that last minute cancellations go with the territory. It happens all the time. Just chalk it up to experience and if at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Good things come to people who wait.

Never cool to just hang up in this situation.  By doing so, you told her to go to hell.  She gave you chances to alleviate that, but you ignored her?  

You don't reward bad behavior with kindness. You did the right thing by ignoring her. Speak with your wallet and move on.

CORRECT and did nothing wrong. Those other hobbyist that say you are wrong are just Manginas who place providers on pedestals.

I was once crazy enough to end up with 5 no shows over around 15 months from one girl I was constantly trying to see.   The last excuse, on a very very rainy day, was "It was raining so I didn't think I could be there on time." "Yeah, well I left early enough to be there on time AND I tried calling you several times but you didn't answer."  She contacted me after a vacation to see if I wanted to see her: I said, no thanks.

Don't think you were wrong to be upset since she strung you along with these 15 min delays. If she texted you after you hang up on her then she still wants to see you. You want to see her as well after she wasted your time. Thus you can reply to her text when your ready to see her. However, after 2 cancellations on you, especially on your most recent one, I'd probably move on. Too many nice women out there to give her a 2nd (or for that matter a 3rd chance).

the fact that he was there waiting and she told him to give her 20 minutes to get ready. Then 15 minutes later tell him that she is sick. That is BS! If she was a reputable established provider then she would have cancelled when he first called. You need to wake up and stop making excuses for every flaky provider; unless you are that same type.

ignorant of the facts. She is probably like that provider who flaked on you. You should post her info so other hobbyist don't get flaked on by her. That is what this TER review board is for. To keep other hobbyist aware of flaky providers and to give great reviews to good providers.

I think what you have to realize is that just because you are willing to fork over a few sheckles
its still the girls decision so if she thinks you are gross
or something better comes up
you just have to deal with it
pretend it is some hot chick thats dating you  
the money you give them is just the money you would have to spend on a date
