The bag comes off while your inside
I know there are risks in this hobby but is this a low risk??

This usually happens when you use the wrong lubrication, like baby oil. Only KY type jelly should be used for sex.

Assuming the skin of your Male Member is healthy without obvious things like canker sores, etc, your risk is relatively low -- but not absolute zero.  Ask the doc for an STD panel.  The results are back in a day or so and you'll feel better.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago,I freaked out and checked it out. VERY small risk, like 1 in 1500 if she's infected. Check out thebody.com for some real good info.Relax
