...but I think they are working them out. They just switched over to a new system for handling their back end (how we post ads, etc.) recently. Not sure if this is obvious or not from the client view of the website. For providers, the part of the site we use to create and post our ads is totally different now. So I imagine that these glitches will work themselves out in the next few weeks (hopefully).
You can always go to a lady's website to find her contact information if she has one.
