Visiting Manhattan, made a firm date with a popular provider here for 5 pm today, left her a text and a couple of VMs to confirm and get address.  Never heard boo, not even a call to cancel.   Is this the way ladies do business up here?

Yes, clearly this one woman represents every escort in the area.

You said you left a couple texts and VM's to confirm and never got a response.  Maybe I am reading that wrong, but it sounds like the date was never confirmed.

Maybe your references didn't pan out.  Or maybe she got a bad vibe from you.  There is nothing unusual about this, not only here, but everywhere.

Sorry your date didn't work out.  There are many, many excellent providers in town.  One of the best even replied to this thread.  :-)

Good luck.

You hit the nail on the head. If she's a reputable provider then, that's not how she operates obviously. I think theres more to this story, and obviously if she isn't answering the phone that should tell the OP something. You didn't have a firm date if you were calling to confirm and get an address. If she has policies such as you have to confirm within a certain time frame, and you didn't do so, then she has every right to bump your appt.

To tell you the truth shit like that happens every day in any city. Some providers have serious "life" issues that make time management impossible others drop you when something better comes around like a $15,000 weekend with Sugarpops. Sometimes you just have to take your lumps until you can find your ATF and build a relationship. There is definitely no excuse for not sending you a message or calling to tell you the appointment is off. Move on to someone who appreciates your $$$. There are plenty around here who will pick up what you are putting down.
