I hate Eros. They are so nasty. They treat their customers like we are the enemy. if they don't like this business maybe it is time for them to get out. I have been advertising on their site for almost two years. the other day i went to run my ad and i was told they would only accept bit coin for my account. I asked if this was for everyone or just me. they told me my account was flagged. when i asked why they said they would not tell me. when i asked to speak to a supervisor i was told the supervisor would not speak with me as he had nothing to add and would not talk to me.
The good news is i switched to another ad site and my emails have increased. Do not waste your time with eros ladies. they dont bring business and they treat us their clientele like we are the enemy.
I was so afraid to upset eros. They were rude totally unhelpful and they loved making me jump through hoops. I had been advertising for over a year in NYC went to Boston ran my eros ad to find out it never went up. Contacted eros totally unapologetic said they needed my ID. I had submitted my id to them twice before once with me holding it next to my face and when i told them that they said send it again. I was in Boston for four days And the eros ad did not go up until day 3
I asked for a refund no refunds, no courtesy no help and soon they will have no advertisers.
