the real price varies from 200-240. More 200 prices are being quoted these days. Some tantric massage jokers (no f/s) are talking 300. Maybe out of towners fall for that humbug. But under 200 ? You can't get something for nothing. You said you want decent. At the price you want expect not so decent.

These are mostly 30 min. rates. I suggest you do a search with a price ceiling of $$, and look for 30 min. rates. Often, if the 60 min. rate is $$, and that is the only thing listed, you can ask for 30 min. rates on the phone, which run $.5 or $.6. The 212-944-1242 $ rate is for "15 mins. of bliss" -- nice hot midtown quickie joint, super convenient.
I did the "15 mins. of bliss" for $ twice. She hit me up for a tip both times (which I declined), so I doubt you could negotiate a five- or ten-minute quickie for under $.
If you want real cheap, you could probably negotiate yourself a sweet deal at F/STOP. I have been there once, but I am not up to F/S with them -- just not my cup of tea.
try registering under another name they changed servers which may of been when you were trying to register you can still read the boards without registering. Make sure you read the rules prior to any postings. Its a great site and great information. Fstop does have a screening process so contact them first.
